Hi Good people,

Decided to rest from the strong-lifts 5x5 regime and undertake my plan B program of body weight exercises this week just gone. Terrible stats to report but this only the beginning and I am focused on the end result.

At a current weight of 105kg doing 3 sets till failure.

Slow full range wide grip pull ups - 2 reps.

Dips (slow, full depth)-10 reps.

Press- ups (slow with straight back, chin to floor)-15 reps.

Rope climbs- Didn't make it half way up the rope on all 3 attempts!

In a nutshell I have a long long road ahead of me, but am confident that by this time next year, the numbers will be different.

I have my eye on the prize. :nod:
