Well been doing cardio and thats about it, haven't really done a workout in 3 weeks. Will doing something tomorrow but really hit it monday and i think I'm going to be sore. hopefully make some good gains needed the time off though but now just starting to get sluggish need that buzz you get from lifting weights

DITTO, start new Job on Monday, then so I will start back training hard then....

Much easier than attempting to do it while still on holiday, just cant be bothered. Roll on Monday...
