Semolina porridge VS Wholegrain Oats porridge

Hey,

As an alternative to the wholegrain oats I have been eating Semolina porridge for breakfast.

Will really say that even though Semolina does not have the exact nutritional values as oats, it is close (not as much protein) and taste WAY WAY and again WAY better than oats.

You can chuck low calorie jam on top of it (only 69kj per serving) and skim milk.

You also go really full on it and on my body I seem to bloat up less than what I do on oats.

I fully believe that variety in diet and at the gym is essential for muscle growth.
