hi.today my gp told me only specialists/endos can prescribe test in nz. is this tru>?

Your GP can prescribe Androderm - testosterone patches. For the oral caps - Arrow Testosterone, testosterone undecanoate 40mg capsules - and injectable testosterone I was referred to an endo.

However, before all that I was prescribed testosterone cream - 200mg/gram - by another doctor, which when applied scrotally raised T levels too much.

Just thought I'd share recent blood test results from applying testosterone cream, I was literally blown away.

I apply 50mg of testosterone cream ( 200mg per gram) scrotally daily & blood taken last week has come back at 47.61 nmol/L! This equates to approx. 1380!

I'm going to reduce to 25mg a day, as recently my mood swings have not been good :(

PM for details if interested.

go to mens clinic in Parnell if you live in auckland

I went there and the guy wasn't keen to prescribe me test :(

From what I've heard, it's fairly expensive.

Yeah I know a guy who gets all his sus from there. He went once, the dude gave him a script and now he just rings them up tells them he wants X amount and goes and picks it up lol. He reckons its worth paying the extra to have the script, the pharma grade gear and the ease of acquisition. he might be right but yeah it is really expensive.

I went not long after that faggot did that "doco" about mens clinics prescribing test to any old asshole who walked in the door and so the guy was all uppity about it when I went and said I didn;t need it despite my lowish (pct) levels of test

It's not all about what your blood levels are, how you're feeling is the most important part of it all.

I've never heard anyone on test say,

Today I must be over 1000.

However, you'll hear guys say,

I feel f****n great today.

It's just another one of those bullshit games in life that we have to play.

did he prescribe it more than once?

Just for three months, however that was only to due to my skin not being able to handle the patches & having to wait months to see an endo. That's why I got hold of another doctor out of town who prescribed testosterone cream & Arimidex.

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum but not new to trt... Currently living in the US and have been on trt @200mg pw test cyp for about a year and a half now. Looks like my family and I are going to be moving to NZ (Christchurch) towards the end of this year and I'm a bit nervous about having to find a doctor who will continue prescribing my trt.

My levels were in the very low end of normal and I felt horrible for awhile before finally getting on board with trt. I'm 43 now soon to be 44 and don't care to go off if I can possibly help it. Any help or direction you can provide me would be quite welcomed and very much appreciated.

Also, I'm curious what any of you may know about bringing my current scripted test with me when I make the move. It is doctor prescribed and says so on the box for the vial but I've heard nothing but horror stories about how crazy customs is in NZ and AUS. Don't want to get the boot before I even get settled in, lol!~ I would need to bring the necessary syringes with me as well, which I have but also curious how this will be received upon entering the country.

I will continue to study and read here in the meanwhile but if any of you could post up in response to my questions or even PM me I would be so very very grateful.

Also looking to find a new home gym to settle into as well upon arrival....

Thanks again and I look forward to learning more about the NZ bodybuilding community and what I have to look forward to once I get there!

A little off topic just curious why Christchurch?

Going to get involved with the rebuilding?

Aware of the earthquakes that are on going?

Re TRT

If you have a Doctors prescription , I would also get him to write you a letter of referral.

Would suggest leaving syringes? sure there must be a needle exchange in ChCh?

Why... it's complicated but the short answer is it's my wife's dream to be there. I'm not to hip on rebuilding or earthquakes or nazi like customs agents, lol!~

Thanks for the trt advice for if and when we get there... I'm still skeptical it will happen but have to maintain the facade of being happy, willing, etc. I'm sure it's beautiful and a nice place so no offense to anyone.

im still not sure why you would move over here from the land of opportunity. blows my mind lol, maybe we can switch residencies, one for one?

have fun with it mate :D

Wow, it's pretty alarming that even the locals aren't hip on being there??? Not a good sign, but like I said above it's the wife's dream so....

If it's up to me we'd stay right here in the US and go and visit NZ first before uprooting ourselves to make a new home there. From what I understand it's much more expensive to live there and housing is a bit different ie... no home loans, etc... buy your home out rite. Not sure we can even afford it???

Honestly I'm pretty freaked out by the prospect of it but as I said above I'm sure it's quite a nice place so please no offense to any one.
