Lifting is my drug!

I keep telling my wife when anything disrupts my lifting routine I'm not a very nice person to be around.' Yes so you always say love' is her response. After a big spat today she says 'get out, go to gym, and lift till your heart's content, your like a druggie looking for a hit, bloody lifting is your drug'! And with that, I was out the door. Once I got 'my hit', I was ready to go home and make peace. :pfft:

Same here...If I miss a training session I also feel guilty as f*ck .The feeling of wellbeing/exhaustion/sweat running down ur back is the fukin buzz for me.Chest session today and cant wait.. \:D/
