Hi there, I joined up yesterday so new to this chatting.

Been going to the gym mon - fri for the last 18months (cardio & weights). now its time to get the diet sorted.

my daily diet consists of: breakfast - oats, shake, banana, coffee.

morning tea : 1/2 HPLC bar & pce fruit

lunch : 3 egg whites & 1 yolk, salad.

afternoon tea: 1/2 HPLC bar, fruit

dinner:meat, kumara, salad.

supper: shake.

how does this sound? :?
