2nd cycle

first cycle was 500 mgs test e 20 weeks was on a keto diet so I didnt get much out of it. got to 112 kgs probly around 13 ish bf

ended up at 106 kgs alot harder but lost abit of muscle

Ive been running test e 500 mgs want to add somthing

just started taking deca first shot today 400 mg

how does this look

test e 500 mg 1 - 18

deca 400 mg 1 - 16

Yep looks good. You're adding a new compound in so I wouldn't bump test up, no need. Stick with what you've proposed. You're not a hard-gainer after all, so max out on that dosage and only add more when you need to.

One question though, how long since your last cycle? If you're doing the usual on off cycling like most do you should have been off for 20-25 weeks (going by time on = time off + pct). If you've managed to retain 106kg in that condition after doing some proper time off then holy shit you've got great genetics.

training chest 2 - 3 times a week this cycle im really just trying to bring up weakpoints and look more aesthetic...
