Excessive insulin causes cell damage, as does forced eating :D

If you stuff your face constantly it has been shown to wear your body down.

If somebody can please post a pic of Dave Pasanella the deceased powerlifter it will shock you, he looks 50 but is 26 in the pics.

Androgens have been shown to wear the body down but I cant varify this?

Mike Mattazaro or however you say his name was eating 4 kilos of red meat a day and 16 cans of tuna in apple juice as well as a lot of other stuff and he said by the time he was 23 he looked over 30 and said it was from all the food

Dave died of a car accident at 28, you make it sound like he died as a result of powerlifting.

I reckon most bodybuilders look younger than their actual age

I look younger than my age. But it comes down to genetics. I trashed my body for over a decade on drugs and alcohol and still look young. Hair may be showing gray here and there, and runnign out, but damn I don't look my age.

So, not sure if training has made a difference to anyones face, though genetics may (and external forces like sun etc)

I used to be 'realy realy rediculously good looking' until I started bodybuilding and now Im ugly (and still small)

But on a serious note, I think as mentioned above a lot of it has to do with overeating which causes elevated insulin levels throughout the day, bloating and inflamation. Inflamation being a strong cause of aging.

Theoraticaly the smaller you are and the less you eat the longer you live.
