Hey, just wanting some help with what to eat after a workout to gain lean muscle. at the moment i have my protein shake, with a handful of gummi bears and a muesli bar to get some fast and slow acting carbs. i wnat to keep the gains as lean as possible as I play under 85kg rugby so being able to lose the extra fat as quickly as possible is essential. is this meal going to help or is there something beter?
