Hi all,

"Dave" from the freezing works is looking at a first cycle he is 31yo 92kg 190cm and been training since he was in his early 20s etc. He has never used before but thinks its about time. He is keen for the obvious increase in muscle mass but is more attracted to the classic look ie tight waist broad shoulders etc (no homo). His BF% is quite low and he has knowledge and great training support. He would like some AAS cycle, PCT ideas to get the most from the products etc. What do you guys/gals think would be a nice starter.

Cheers.

He shouldn't cycle. Those goals can be achieved naturally. Train more efficiently and focus on his diet.
