about a year ago i used muscletechs celltech & nitrotech,i had read alot of good things about it.

at over $100 each they were very expensive, but i had 2 try it.

i used it 4 about 4-5 weeks at a cost of over $400 with no results,

weight & strenght stayed the same.

i was not very happy.i followed the instrutions 2 the letter, but nothing!

Thanks for that, hawkeye.

I've tried CellTech and not been too disappointed. It was about what I'd expected.... It certainly didn't come anywhere close to the extravagant claims they make, but I found it as good as any other product.

I had won a $100 discount (which was the only reason I felt I could afford to try it!) and it still cost me a small fortune. :P

I guess I'd say it was over-hyped, and over-priced, but the product itself was ok.

Muscletech

When it comes to these products you have to train hard, like give it 100% in the gym its the only way for these products to work. If you dont work hard another then its not going to work.

Muscletech is the main sponser for Mr Olympia and 6 out of the top 10 bb in the world are sponered from them.

I have personally used both Cell-Tech and Nitro-Tech from MuscleTech and you'd be hard pressed to find a better protein and creatine formula.

One thing that continues to amuse me is individuals who are expecting 'supplements' to give them the amazing results they are expecting based on merely 'taking' supplements and to that extent taking one bottle/container and expecting to be Mr Muscleman.

Supplements such as the MuscleTech products are exactly that, supplements - to supplement your TRAINING and whole foods which should be the bases of your endeavours.

Cell-Tech enables a window of strength and stamina for individuals who are prepared to push past their self imposed limitations. In saying this, the basics must be adhered too i.e training, nutrition and recovery (sleep)

I achieve a 30kilo bench increase, up from 160 to 190kg in only 2 weeks, but I had to take advantage of the ability Cell-Tech enable me too push beyond and take it to the next level.

Nitro-Tech on the other hand is a GREAT whey protein isolate formula and in conjuction with solid nutrition has helped me attain a solid 8kg in 6 weeks.

Bottom line - train harder and dont rely on product to make the gains, thats your job, supplements only 'assist'

Remember as the big man would say, "Nothing to it - but to DO IT!" Big Ron Coleman

That doesn't necessarily mean their products are any good.

:stupid:

Also its a well known fact these products are extremely overpriced and not worth the money. Their are many alternate products out there that do the same job for an acceptable price.

NIVEK - Do you work for MuscleTech? :pfft:

Well done on the 30kilo bench in 2 weeks. What anabolics do you use?

Is NIVEK perhaps a fictious character made by someone to take the piss out of MuscleTech products?

I invite any and all folk that wish to discuss the benefits of MuscleTech products to the Sonny Schmidt Classic Bodybuilding Champs being held in Auckland on the 26th March.

Lee Priest has been secured as a guest poser and representative from MuscleTech fresh from a 2nd placing at the IRONMAN PRO INVITATIONAL.

I'm sure he'll be happy to address any concerns of individuals that think MuscleTech products are over priced and dont work.

This I could believe. However for the price you could run with a cheaper isolate and attain the same results. In conjunction with solid nutrition of course.

No offense but Lee Priest is a professional bodybuilder, chemically assisted & sponsored by MuscleTech. How would his views on this product relate to the majority of natural bodybuilders in NZ???

By the way I think Lee is awesome, however I don't for one second believe Muscletech will help me get a physique like his.

I thought Lee Priest didn't like Muscletech and their products and was running them down at every possible opportunity, hence my comment above.

Of corse Lee didnt get hyooge just from taking MuscleTech products! Its common practice for supplement providers to pay a hyooge BBer a huge wad of cash, and in return the BBer tells everone to use the product and thats its the best product ever.

To be honest i think NIVEK or Kevins post borders on spam. The post makes unbelivable claims, promotes MuscleTech products totally in a biased way. The link to muscletech.co.nz actually gets redirected to supplementsonline.co.nz, where you are then supplied a list of MuscleTech products to buy.

Im not totally bagging MuscleTech, but like Marcus said, you can make your own blends for alot cheaper.

Agreed.

Nivek's post says Priest is a representative of Muscletech so I don't think he'll be running them down.

Nonetheless, he certainly has been running them down. If he has re-signed with Muscletech, that would have to make him the sport's biggest hypocrite.

i am no expert when it comes 2 bb,ive only been at it for a couple of years,i may not eat right all the time(i do my best)im not looking at competing, but when im in the gym i give it all ive got & and abit more.ive been reading bb magazines for 10 -15 years and have seen lee & ronnie go from average 2 bloody massive in a short time(it took ronnie abit longer).i havent kept up the last couple of years, but if ronnie is still a cop i dont know how he could pass their drugs tests.for nivek to suggest their gains have come from muscletech products is abit insulting.

muscletech are alot like the acc in nz,plain and simple robbers!!!they make claims of being the secret supplement too pros such as dexter and chris when really their supplements are no different from n e one elses,u go onto n e american bodybuilding forum and nearly eveyone hates muscletech because they r robbers, sure u might get results from it,but u pay alot for it,when u can pay 3/4 the price for a product thats just the same,in my view muscletech make claims of being amazing, like ast's vp3 it's supposed too be over 600% better than other protein supplements?how does that work?and n e way if u live in auckland and u wanna get muscletech products go c moe at xtreme nutrition he;s got the cheapest cause he parralel imports them
