Squats make me sick

I wasn't aware that he couldn't complete the workout! I just thought he was complaining about being nauseous...

Only other suggestion is diet seems pretty low in sodium? I always feel better with couple of electrolyte tabs a day if I'm training intense... Feel strange and Ill in many ways if I end up drying myself out (i drink a lotta water)

Which is prob partly to do with having hereditary low bp and have had bad gym headaches in the past and found it works to generally make me feel human after/while beasting myself. just a suggestion.

Could be gastrointeritis or a compressed nerve in your back. You also could be bensing to far rorward in the botton position, resulting in a cramped aorta.

Also could be unusually low blood pressure which can be hereditery

emboldened text is possible, since i do have a problem with nerves in my lower back atm... think i did it deadlifting. if i sit relaxed on a chair, and slowly bend forward at the waist, then i feel it pretty bad

other two, not so much, as i don't lean forward i think (can't say for sure cos no training partner to critique me) and no to bp, i have high bp

You wanna grow right?

nah twl is right, i cant complete the squats cos usually miss 5 sets. if i do make it to 5, it takes forever to get there. usually gotta wait like 10-15 mins before moving on to leg press/hack squat etc, too

um low sodium is possible, but i usually have cup rice/chicken breast/2 tabs of golden curry (shit is real high in sodium) for dinner, so not entirely sure

I used to spew every single leg workout for years from the 3rd floor of the gym onto the street below usually :) Then it just stopped and never spewed from legs again couldn't tell ya why :) def the movement and any food to close doesn't help

  • 1 year later...

Apparently chewing gym helps, distracts the body somehow. I haven't tried it yet but I will next leg workout.

It's probably the protein shakes and preworkout your taking before the workout. for me its strictly no dairy food before legs and I'll wait like 2-3hours before going to the gym to let it digest.
