What supplements do you use daily?

How many different supplements do you use on a daily basis ( including multis, fish oils, pre trainers etc )

Mine are as follows

Whey isolate up to 200 grams daily

Creatine mono 10 grams

Superpump Pre train

Multivitamin

Fish oil

Vit C 500mg to 1000mg

Amino acids 5 tabs

Plus a small cocktail of meds

Keep mine pretty basic:

Whey Concentrate - 3 shakes/day (1 morning, 1 pre workout, 1 post workout) 40g each

Dextrose Monohydrate - 2 shakes/day (1 pre workout, 1 post workout) 40g each

Creatine - 2 shakes/day (1 pre workout, 1 post workout) 5g each

Multi Vitamin - 2 tablets/day (1 breakfast, 1 2nd last or last meal of the day)

Fish Oils - 8 capsules/day (4 breakfast, 4 2nd last or last meal of the day)

Never really bought into any of the pre workout stims, I never really felt anything out of the likes of caffeine or any of that. I had Beta Alanine with my Creatine for a bit last year and definitely felt that but have been cbf buying it since then, may sort my shit out and get back onto it depending how finances sort out next year :nod:

whey 50g,5g creatine mono,3g beta alinnine,80g dextrose,3g DAA pwo

3g beta alinnine,xtend,1x caffiene tab 200mg pre-wo

other times 2-3 scoops xtend to sip on

fish oil caps x6 per day, 1 with each meal

multi x1 with breakie

ive also got some jacked,super pump samples for now and again

and some AAKG

Whey - super quad

Creatine - most of year

L-Glutamine all year

Turbos - pre workout - 50% of time I guess

Solgar B12 tabs

Milk Thistle - I had a hard life

Blood pressure tabs

12 fish oil caps daily

1000mg Vit C daily

Monster energy drink

Procarb intra training fluid

Anti violence against stupid humans pill

cant say any of it works

There's 2 things i take every single day now:

No. 1 is protein powder

No. 2 is melatonin

On every workout day I always take:

a pre-workout stim.

Things I take occasionally but never as religiously as the above are in order:

Multi-vits

BCAAs

Creatine

When I was a natty I'd take test boosters, creatine, and N.O pre-workout way more often than I do now.

How do you find the Melatonin works for you? And do you need a prescription for it?

A good nights sleep is invaluable, a deep nights sleep is priceless to me for recovery, i need about 8.5hrs of unbroken sleep a night. Have worked out that a 3mg tab is too much, half a tab is enough to make me tired, making one bottle 6mths supply.

Yeah u need a prescription for it or try buying online during a busy time of the year.

It's awesome stuff - I remember when you could get it online before it was decided to make it a script required med :cry:

Our supplement laws = teh gay - not that theres anything wrong with stabbing poo of a man :lol:
