My goals for 2013:

Hit 90kgs bodyweight

Compete in a bodybuilding competition

Get down to 5% bodyfat for the comp

Get 17 inch arms

Stay natty

Squat 220kgs for reps

Bench 120kgs for reps

Dead 220kgs for reps

Don't get fired at work

Retain my virginity

what do u weigh now and when is ur comp? is ur goal to get to this goal before or after comp?

Current:

80kgs

12%

14 and a half inches

Comp is in August, September or October. Dunno yet.

Probably before comp

- find a way to balance work, woman, dog, cycling, and swimming, so i can fit the gym back into my schedule

- replace programmers lcd tan with a real one

- take better care of myself health wise aka stay safe

mine are:

bench for 120x1, but would be happy with 100 for a few reps

squat 160x1

deadlift 220x1 (pretty unrealistic now that i think of it lol, happy with 200x1)

20minute 5km run

main goal that comes before the others is to do a bclass mma fight at some point in 2013(no ground and pound) and maybe get bjj blue belt at some point too :twisted:

Are you aware that's pro-standard?

Pro standard is having good shaped muscles. My arms are lacking.

I'm at about 96kg when moderately hydrated currently. Over the next month or two I hope to pack another few kgs on my legs and upper body. I might just scrape in if I keep on top of my bodyfat. Oh, and I'll drink a shit load of water before I hop on the scales. lol

lol thats not pro status depending how tiny ur frame is

for SUAS it would be... he's like 5'3" :)

For me, if it was a legit 100kg morning bodyweight with not much water... it would be on my frame. I'd need to pack on a lot more muscle to be that. long way off

Aren't you like 5 foot 5 or 6 though? Being 10% would mean you have a competition weight of like 90 and Teina O'malley weighed less than that at about the same height...

Yep. I see Teina at LM a lot now that he's up here in Auckland, he's pretty much exactly the same build as me, but his arms are much better and he's a bit thicker throughout.

I'd need to pack on another 5-10 solid no bullshit all muscle kg's before I'd be on par with him at a guess.
