230 squat for one rep

130 bench for 1 rep

225 dead for 1 rep

gain 5-7kg of muscle and try to maintain lean (probably won't happen)

Fuark if you did that in the U74kg class raw, you would set some NZ records. 230kg squat is NZs equipped record by Brett Gibbs. Whats your current best lifts?

180 for 4 reps on squats

105 for one on bench (I could do more now though)

180 for 3 on dead (nearly got 206 for a single) but I use straps :pfft:

Was the squat with knee wraps? Do you have no intention at all of doing a few powerlifting comps?

Squat => 240kg raw

Bench => 160kg raw

Deadlift => 300kg raw

Hitting these numbers would mean I had a very productive year :pfft: But we'll see where it goes, I'd love to hit these in comp and post a 700kg total raw, as if I had a 160kg bench paused in comp I could see about a 170-175kg touch and go which would be awesome !!

Anyone achieve their goals?

goals would be as follows for Dec 2012:

Body weight 80kgs or a full and lean 74kgs, dunno about this as I want to set some records in NZ Powerlifting and I might have a better chance if I stay in U74s BUT I want to get big too.

Arms 15 inches or 38cms flexed cold

Squat (belt only) 200kgs

Bench 110kgs raw

Deadlift 220kgs belt only

Current lifts are

Squat 180kg with knee wraps, probably 160-170 without knee wraps

Bench 90kgs

Deadlift 190kgs

at a bodyweight of 69.36kgs

Gave up powerlifting cos of back problems.

I achieved the bodyweight, now around 79-80kgs at 10-12%

Arms would probably be around 15 inches or more, they are definitely bigger than before. Need to acquire tape measure to determine circumference.

Squat 200kgs 1 rep with knee wraps and belt now

Bench 100kg for 5 reps now

Deadlift 205kgs in April 2012 @ 70.7kgs, haven't gone for a max since

Haven't done any singles to test this but I think they would mostly be there, think Squats are about 230ish atm, Bench 170-175 and Deads 280-290, so has worked out pretty well this year, will post a total next year at Canterburys in April and will see where I stand !

Goal for end of next year is to be 95kg at 12%. Currently 90kg at 11% so a gain of 5kg of lean mass. Overall goal 100kg by June 2014 at 12% hopefully increasing stage weight 4-5kg.

In terms of strength want to hit 200kg in the squat for a double (currently hitting 190kg for a single), have deadlift form comfortably sorted and be pulling 200kg.

Really wanting to develop for thickness in my back and for fullness to my upper chest.
