the end of next year will be 2013 will it not? just like the end of this year will be 2012......

the end of this year will be 2011 still. if it was 2012 it would be the start of next year.

180/120/200 gym lift.

how close are you bro? and hows the physique these days?

ages away, most of my Prs I have no idea where they come from.

160(estimated)/110(butt off bench etc) 190 grinder

so along way off, but i think its a big, but achievable goal.

Physique? ill post a pic in my journal, pretty shit :grin: bf is up there.

You can definitely push further than that mate! You'll be there in 2-3 months if the training stays consistent :nod:

I'm sure there was another thread similar to this a little while back? In any case by 2013 I'd be ecstatic with;

Squats a bit lean bro ... can see you popping 250kg squat in 12 months if your plan is sound, you haven't really started to realise you potential ... stay close to the shepard and you'll be a contender :nod:

Ah for end of 2012 begining of 2013

Major goal

100-105kgs @ 10-13%bf currently 110kgs @ 18%bf

So heaps of work to do here

Lifting goals

Squat

280kg, currently @ 240kg

Bench

180kg, currently @ 100!!!!lol nerve damage to left arm

Dead

280kg, currently @ ?? havnt tested because of grip issues due to the same nerve damage

I have done all these lifts a good 4 years ago but that was before i damaged my neck and agrivated the radial nerve in my left arm so its going to be a loooong 2012, but looking forward to the journey.

Extra goal

at least 1 proper form muscle up (with no kipp)

Im pretty similar to yours I think IamaFish but I'm well lacking on the bench so gonna be a real focus point for 2012. Never really done any 1 rep maxes either so all my stuff is set on 10 reps as I know I can do 10 reps of these weights (even if sometimes do 6-8 of more weight etc)

Goals are

160kg squat (10 reps)

100kg bench (10 reps)

180kg dead (10 reps)

85kg @ <10%

currently

120kg squat (10 reps)

70kg bench :oops: (10 reps)

130kg dead (10 reps)

82kg @ 14%
