First Clenbuterol cycle - HELP

Go easy on me.

Looking at jumping on the Clen bandwagon and reading up on a good first cycle.

From my minimal knowledge I was thinking of taking Clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, supplemented with magnesium & milk thistle tabs(While on Clen) while the 2 weeks off will be supplemented with an OTC fat burner(only).

Am also looking at the possibility of adding in T3 somewhere. What do use think? will the above cycle aid me in my fat loss goals?

Total run time would be a good 8 or 12 weeks - Diet will be in check, cardio will be completed after every weight session(4 times a week) and a few early morning sessions when im up to it.

On a side note, Can someone do me a favour and post up some pictures of some legit clen?(Will be getting them via the internet so wana make sure im getting the real deal)

In my opinion Clen's okay, you just need to be careful to start off low on the dose and work up only when needed. Some people may disagree... but long term if used smartly you'll be okay. Yep cycle on and off like you're suggesting, that's okay.

T3... no way! stay away from T3.... that's only for a serious competitive bodybuilder and only in the later stages of pre-contest dieting/cutting. T3 can completely screw your thyroid up... not something you want to mess with dude... you can become dependent it for life if your thyroid stops functioning.

Biggest thing you need to realise for fat loss is running a energy deficit rather than drugs. The energy deficit is the most crucial aspect. You can do this best by not eating carbs say after 6pm then do cardio first thing in the morning when your glycogen is low. 40 minutes to an hour is enough. Then you can do another session before your last carb meal of the day.

And have a guess why those organs grow? Increased cardio output of the users maybe. Exercise and certain things grow. ;)

T3 = Goodbye=], Thanks IDW i understand my diet and exercise is the BIGGEST factor in fat loss and will definatly get that upto scratch before starting anything.

Yep it's always best to do a lot of reading on whatever substance you're going to take and be aware the potential effects on your health. I always start with the Wikipedia article first if I want to know what something is. It's a good place to start. After that you should be Googling the compound name along with the word profile. Read up on those, usually on one of the big steroid sites or bodybuilding pages.

I see a lot of people asking really simple questions on here that would be answered with just a little bit of searching. It's much better to go search online for the answer and read up.

Surely you aren't suggesting doing some of our own research? Of all the nerve!!

Ummmm as to enlarging your heart etc etc etc weight training alone will do that, steroids do it, being a fat bastard will do it etc etc etc we should just do nothing and then we'll be sweet... puny... but sweet!

OH and thank you IDW for your comments re thyroid... you can get in shape without clen and without thyroid drugs. It just requires more work. Of the 2 I would say clen is the safer but it's not like you would use either long term. I always think of things like that as extras, Get yourself in shape first then use those kinds of things to get shredded, don't use them to be average!!!!!

anyone should be able to get down to atleast 10% bodyfat without any clen or T3 and just diet and training alone and maybe some OTC supps but not really necessary. Taking it when you are about 20% what a waste start training abit harder and stop eating shit but if you are going to do it anyway just take clen like you suggested forget the T3 thats not for average joes

what Harry said waste of time IMO taking it when your 20% you should be able to lose heaps of fat without any assistance and then when you plateau around 9 to 11% then pull out the tricks and take some clen to get really ripped forget about the T3 thats not for average joes

but if you going to do it anyway how you suggested 2 weeks on 2 weeks off is fine i usually go 2 weeks clen then 2 weeks OTC based fat burner for a total of 6 to 8 weeks max works for me

Yeah TBH was looking for an easy way to get 10-12%.. Am going to lay off the Clen for now, make some solid goals, hit them and then cut up for next summer=D..

have had a bit of a read up on T3 yeaap definatly not for me!!

well maybe in 10 or so years ;)

Would love to hear some older guys chime in on this.

Yes studies on horses...

I imagine any evidence on humans is anecdotal and lets be honest, most people taking clen would also be taking steroids. A hell of a lot of variables makes it hard to take this evidence as applicable.

HAHA 1 gram for a horse , why were they trying to get shredded??. its a bronchodilator! designed to help asthmatics breath easier.. but if your not running it with an aas you will waste away due to catabolism clen does not distinguish fat from muscle and end up looking like the kids from the ccf ads needing a dollar a day. , and also you will be a spaced out fool and have the shakes, and putting all types of added stress on your heart. why not TKD,CDK OR keto u lazy fat shit.
