Would love to hear peoples opinion on pinning frequency and also dose for a first cycle.

I have heard that it is a good way to build up T levels by pinning every 5th day opposed to once a week, would love to hear peoples experiences on this and also i am currently running 250 of TestE per week some people say that's plenty first time round and anymore would be a waste on money and others say its way to low and should up it to 500? i have a lean mass of around 80kg but am at 20% bf if that helps. goal is 90kg lean mass and the sooner the better!!

so it would take the total weekly dose up to 500 or split 250 over two days?

An average guy produces roughly 70mg Testosterone per week.

250mg/week Test Enanthate provides you with more than double the amount of testosterone of a normal male. Stay at 250mg/week this cycle and concentrate on other factors.

It's best work your way up in dosages. 250mg/week gives you significantly more anabolic potential than you normally would have. I.e., you can't possibly be holding more muscle now than you will be able to if you ran 250mg/week.

It's best to go up in dosage successively as you cycle. I know sometimes it's a hard concept to follow because we all want to get massive and quick but it's the hard truth really. You don't need much to gain, in the end it mostly comes down to consistent diet, training, and rest.

split 250mg over 2 days

so 250mg on mon & 250mg thurs

This works.

However, this is also the best advice considering you are already using:

You could just continue as you are, perhaps pinning every 5 days to increase the dosing per week. Log your gains. Plan your next cycle for 500.

You will do what you want, but both ideas have merit.

What weight and height are you now? Fat much?

what is the reasoning behind cutting back body fat before starting the cycle? i have had planned to cut four months out from my first show which is the start of September?? thanks for your feed back

There was some discussion in another thread about steroids not working as well when you're overweight.

More body fat leads to an increased conversion of test to estrogen ay?

Could that be battled with some sort of estrogen controlled for someone with a relatively high bf?

I don't think so but maybe? I don't think there is any validity to it but it was just a point of discussion in another thread.

Mondays/ Thursdays . Do some research or can you not read mancho man randy savage. why run 250pw? run 250mg 2xpw your natural test is going to shut down anyways. why the f#$k are you 20%?? unless your a power lifter, strongman or competitive hot dog eater, lose some weight then get on the gear fat boy. no offence.but being 100kg at 20% bodyfat aint good. get down to atleast 95 then run some test-e and then maybe ... i dont know go for a run?

was usually sitting around 15% while i was involved in another competitive sport and had a professional contract to get to over seas, but then was injured and had to give up on that particular dream, was good for nothing for 6months so i did what anyone would have done and that was drink a lot of booze! and actully went up to high 20s BF% (very high 20s) but have accepted that now and when one door closes another opens so am refocused on forfilling these goals now so i wouldnt say i always sit up in the 20s all the time. it is steadly coming down,
