i think it performs some fat burning type function in the cells however specifically supplementing it doesnt increase the amount in the cells, or something along those lines. basically its a rip off and will do nothing.

if you want to lose fat i suggest eating less or using a drug that actually works

Okay, so what is a supplement that will actually be of benefit? My training & nutrition are fine, I would like to speed up the process. I'm not interested in carb cycling so I am just remaining in a 400-650 calorie deficit on a daily basis.

several steroids, clenbuterol, DNP, thyroid hormone.

None of which are legally available without a prescription. Given that he's not posting in the Steroids forum, surely the first recommendation should be something that's available over the counter?! :wink:

Muscle99, check out some of the fat burner reviews here. Products like Ripped Freak, Mitotropin, etc, can all help. But it's your diet that will do most of the work.
