Am I the only one foolish enough to be dieting thru Xmas / new years? :shifty:

I'm officially off my diet, and determined just to enjoy my food over Christmas. But I know there'll be that little nagging voice in the back of my head that says every Christmas mince pie is a striation lost.

Ah well, the solution to internal voices is to smother them with more food. May the rest of you all do the same. :grin:
