What calorie calculator do you use? They defiantly are only a rough idea, that's for sure. I think they are basing the figure by presuming you are keeping your metabolism running at full steam? A variable is that there is different methods for the outcome of the figure at the end, e.g Harris Benedict, Katch mc-cardle, mifflin -st jeor. Any others?
