I did this twice when kickboxing (well once and re-injured) took up Powerlifting and not a problem all year. Simple light rehab movements like Big J posted was prescribed but eventually found lots of time resting it did the trick.

anyone damaged their r.cuff? I did mine on overhead press and its killing me now on bench. i can only get away with decline bench and def no shoulder work.

Can anyone tell me how long this took to heal and how to prevent further injury?

how did you diagnose it as cuff injury brah?

A self diagnosed and a myotherapist confirmed.
