gaining muscle

am i on the right track to gaining muscle? i currently weigh 84kg.

my basic workouts are:

Monday

Chest -Flat Bench

-Incline Dumbell Press

-Pec Deck

Shoulders -Seated Dumbell Press

-Lateral Raises

Tri's -Flat Bar Pushdowns

-Skullcrushers

Wednesday

Quads - Squats

- Leg Press

- Leg Extension

Hams - Lying leg curls

- Stiff Legged Deadlifts

Calves - Standing

-Seated

Friday

Lats - Lat Pulldowns

- Bent over dumbell row.

- close grip pullups

Mid Back - Barbell Rows

Hyperextensions

Bi's - Barbell Curl

-Concentration Curls

my diet (when i stick to it)

0630 - shake. 2 scoops of gold standard

0800 - 4 eggs

12h00 - 200g salmon/tuna with rice/pasta

16h30 - 200g salmon/tuna with rice/pasta

19h00 - shake 2 scoops gold standard

19h30 - whatever mum cooks

am i on the right track? what could i add or get rid of to help gain muscle.

with regards to the workouts i try to do 12 reps for each exercise. i'm lifting a moderate amount of weight.

how long you been working out for and what kind of results have you had so far?

that workout looks like it contains the all important compound movements as well as some isolation stuff mixed in. don't see why you won't be gaining as long as you eat enough and push yourself hard [keep challenging yourself with more weights especially bench/squat]

about the diet :

have you checked the calories somewhere like myfitness pal & compared to your maintenance? good to be sure that you are definitely eating over that so you can gain

also try to vary your meats, especially if its canned fish since there can be few toxins in there that could become a danger after a while.... good to also get those different sources from time to time like from chicken, lamb, beef etc. and why not add some kind of greens while you're at it
