Hi there, im a new member on NzBB and finally decided to introduce myself.

I am 17, weigh around 78kg and am 6 foot tall.

I started training about 2 years ago to try and pack on some muscle for rugby, but didnt really know what i was doing and saw small gains. A few months ago i joined the CBC and have learnt what training really is. when i first joined i got into powerlifting and competed in the club lift in september. My lifts were an 87.5kg bench, 135kg squat and 180kg deadlift. since the club lift i have been doing high rep bodybuilding style training and more cardio for summer, and surprisingly have gained a little strength in my bench and squat, but haven't been deadlifting any heavy weights so not sure about that. Next year i plan on mixing up some powerlifting with some high rep bodybuilding as i wish to see strength gains but still stay reasonably lean.
