Onehunga / Penrose gyms

I'm moving into the Ellerslie/Penrose neighbourhood - the only gyms I've seen in the area appear to only cater to the cardio junkies. Does anyone have any recommendations for gyms in the area?

When will you add another bench press? Only 1 is cause for issues at peak times. and doing it inside squats racks and machines is not an answer.

We have 2 bench and 2 incline bench....

I used to think that too, but I moved on once the ratio of retards went higher than people actually training.

It became a meeting place for Kebab on Queen workers who talked shit and did the same exercises (chest and biceps- with spotters on light weights) everyday. I have never heard or seen so much bullshit in my life.

It may have changed now, but a few years ago, it was disappointing.
