Every time i train calfs nearing the end of my workout i get pins and needles and they start to go numb. could this be compartment syndrome? brb cant walk to my car

Most definitely compartment syndrome I would say.

Get a myofascial release/massage done on your calves if you're getting those symptoms! That type of massage is used when the muscle(s) do not have enough room to move around in the fascia causing discomfort

I used to get the same thing when doing really long runs, first they would feel really tight, then the pins and needles. I wear compression socks now (CEP socks) which work and use a 1 meter long pvc pipe to roll on.

MS doesn't manifest they way in which you describe, don't worry bro, go to the docs and they will sort it out. Could be something real simple or just a combination of small things that you can fix, I wouldn't stress about it.
