New to the shores so just saying hi.

Little about me...

Started working out 3 years ago weighing bout 9 n half stone skinny shit.

still a skinny shit but now weigh 12 stone. about 5,8 in height so not very tall either.

stopped working out for about a year due to work but started again about a year ago on 1 to 2 day week work out as and when i could around work.

not worked ot for a few months since sorting stuff over on th uk shores before coming over here. looking to join a new gym here, im based in Tauranga, dont know any one, but looking at "the gym" as its 24 hours, only issue im not working at the moment so budget is an issue looking for some where cheap so if any one has any reccomendations give us a shout.

looking for a potential gym partner as well but working out on my own doesnt really bother me as did that in the uk anyhow. ideally some one similar build to myself would be handy.

first thing ive noticed is sups price, i only ever had unflavoured protein powder and creatine, but f*ck me that shits twice the price it is in the uk - no joke.

its cheaper for my mate to ship it to me... is that any restrictions on that if he did?

Yeah unfortunately being such a small target market, we get the short end of the stick on prices There are no problems with your mate sending protein over (some other supps you can run into trouble with though...), just beware of customs taxes, and try to keep the total value (incl shipping) under $400 NZD.
