Who has used a carb cycling method to lose the last few percentage of bf ?

What was your results & conclusion of it?

How was your method structured? There seems to be a few out there like: rotating high carb, low carb, no carb & low carb x3 high carb x1.

What could you get away with on the high carb day?

I started back in June with awesome success. I started off by using the strict diet found here: http://scoobysworkshop.com/advanced-fat ... b-cycling/

Eventually I got sick of the straight oats, frozen veges etc and started to tailor the diet to my needs by within the same macros. Worked really well till once again I plateaued. I dropped 2 inches from around my waist (Ive had a hard time distinguishing whether I have been carrying excess skin or water these years in my jelly belly.. or just fat.. the rest of me is quite lean)

I've always had quite a large gut since a massive cut some years ago and this really helped drop some kgs quick. I think I started at 94.2 and went down to 90.2. That was a huge drop for me!!!

I was low carb m,t,w,f,sun and high carb thurs and sat. It made it difficult to lift and cardio but eventually adjusted. I was on sub 150 carbs on low carb day. I made thurs and sat my highest volume days for lifting.

However, I've had to step it up a notch and am now runnign the keto diet. Lost over a kg this week and half an inch around my waist :D I'm on sub 30 carbs now. man that's hard haha!
