Of course you can, you can do anything really. You could even run a PCT without a cycle if that's what you wanted. Or you could pin your test once a month.

But if gaining and retaining size over time is your goal... those things are not wise and informed decisions to make.

Sure, you can run a test only cycle and no PCT afterwards. You're on your first cycle (pretty obviously given you're asking the question you are)... and as such that's a smart cycle. 500mg and no other compounds! Great someone listened to some advice.

But... you probably should get some nolvadex or clomid and run that a couple of weeks after your cycle for 3-4 weeks... you'll get your natural hormonal system back up (if your lucky) and running quicker and end up retaining more of your hard earned muscle.

I'd suggest just getting novla (clomids a bit of a rollercoaster and can turn you into a bit of a PMSing bitch)... and run that at 20mg/day for 4 weeks. Focus on getting all the other factors right during your PCT as well... they're at least equally if not more important. You'll want to keep hitting the gym at a level your body can handle and you need to keep eating and make sure your sleep is good.

If you're gonna continue with juice going forward you'd do well to inform yourself of what you're getting into ... read this and all the links contained on that page and you'll be on the right road.

yeah but is he meaning running a pct AFTER his cycle or running a PCT product during cycle to stop gyno forming? confirm toofat?

I've ran test only on a couple of cycles a few years ago and not used any pct but tapered on and off with the juice and all was fine but after many years of different cycles my advice would be to at least get some nolva just in case as like the guys say..better to try and keep those gains.. :nod:

PCT is an important factor with any cycle imo, here is a little someting that I found that could be helpful.

An example of the dosages involved might be:

Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg

Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg

Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg

when you looking at starting, are you gonna keep a log? :-s

The above is just overkill IMO.

And there is no need to taper off either IMO, that's old school and long ester steroids like what he's going to use essentially taper themselves anyway.

Use 20mg of nolva 2-3 weeks after your last shot for 2-3 weeks... Don't loose motivation with your training intensity and keep the nutrition consistent. Iv always included creatine monohydrate in my pct just to help abit more with the training.

Def have PCT ready. Nolva just in case of the dreaded tittaaays.

Clom or Adex would be pimp if you have the budget though.

Agreeing with tome tapering isnt really needed. Faster your off the faster your natural production can switch back on.

Many also use tribulus too to kick start LH but im not sure if that actually helps post cycle or is just like as it is normally....useless lol
