and u can buy liver de-tox shit from id say a pharmacy or health shop.

For convience I use the Healtheries brand which is easy to find and available at most supermarkets. It's labelled 'Liver Aid' I think. Contains Milk Thistle.

Offshore 'Liv52' seems to be a popular brand, I've never seen it here though.

I take 1x liver guard every day - and have been for the last couple of months - keeps my liver values fairly normal even though my alkaline value tends to skyrocket when on cycle.

Samoan muscle - where do you get liver guard from?

I usually get it from health 2000, but i think you will find most health shops sell them. Pretty cheap too.
