ahhh i remember this stuff now, the jellyton stuff that is similar to deep heat, smelt like it could be used as seasoning. :twisted: :grin:

Both Panzer and Optimass narrowly missed 235 and 240 respectively and are very close to NZ Record level.

Rach and I exclude ourselves from any prizes preferring to put it back into the club. I wouldnt picked up anything anyway but Rach has had a huge year and we surprised her with a big bunch of flowers from the florist.

We were also able to announce a new initiative CBC will run next year. We have the huge support of Waiwera water, Monster Energy, Qoleum, Charter Connection, Bodypro, Digital Workx and others that will be coming onboard and the profit we make from the drinks, water, Jack Links and other snacks, supplements and doantions will all be going into lifters entry fees and travel expences next year and the year following. This will enable us to set up a program where we groom lifters through the ranks and provide increased support to the sport of powerlifting.

Comps like what you have just put on and the respect of your lifters at these events, cements your position and faith in what you are doing. If it was easy there would hundreds (ok slight exaggeration here ) of Hardcore gyms around the country. Like most of us I don't expect Kudos nor do I like it when it happens, :evil: and I have let members know this, but they still sneak up on you.
