Changing things up again and going to a VERY basic routine for the next few months......

Floor Press

Floor flyes with plates

Weighted dips

Barbell Pullovers

Deadlifts

Pullups

Chinups

Bent Over Rows

Overhead Press

Barbell Shrugs

Upright Barbell Rows

Hack Squats

Barbell Calf Raises ( hack style )

Lunges

Step ups

Straight legged deadlifts

Bicep curls ( close, standard and wide grip )

Bus Drivers

Barbell Rollouts

Only using barbell, weights and pull/chin up bar

no full ROM for chest?

no BB squats?

Hey Mike,

No rack or spotter so no BB squats mate. This is REAL basic style.

I can achieve full ROM of chest using a boxed method with myself elevated so yes I will be doing full ROM.

2x wheely bins = rack??

2x large metal drums? :shifty:

maybe some bb french press for tris also with the dips?

although i quess their getting worked with all the pressing etc

Thanks for the input Mike, yes they tend to get pretty hammered with the presses. 2 metal drums, not a bad idea LOL.
