did not search the net for this - as I said he is a friend, it was on facebook.

Sigh. Ah well, I don't think I expected different reactions anyway. I am not gay, but am openminded enough to support my (yes, clearly gay) friend in his competition and was genuinely impressed with his strength to weight ratio.

It's true we have a lot of very macho bodybuilders, but I'd like to think there's enough of us here without such close-minded attitudes that people will still feel free to post topics like this (or gymnastics, aesthetics, crossfit, or anything else). I love bodybuilding, but it's diversity that makes this forum interesting.

Internet Warrior, thanks for posting. I'll admit it was a little more "prancy" than I felt totally comfortable watching, but at the same time, I was impressed with the strength aspect of it. I played around with a few gymnastics bodyweight exercises a few months back - enough to know that even just hanging on a pole normally is bloody hard. As for hanging upside down by your feet... wow. :shock: Again, thanks for posting, IW.
