Just search it in google and D/L a torrent, i got it pretty quick.

My file is pretty rotten though, its just a scanned version of the book? No actual digital text so the search function is worthless?

Its essentially a full library of various (almost 200) bodybuilding pdf files, think it also includes a 2005 version of the document you guys were after.

Note: Just click the "download this torrent" and not the link in the middle, that takes you off to something dodge :oops: . It is a 700Mb download but from the few I have read to date its worth it.
