Hey Guys

Looking at cutting a bit more bf

Currently sitting at 100kg about 14%bf

9am 1/2 cup oats 2 scoops protein in water

1130am 200g Hoki 1/2 cup rice

TRAIN

2 scoops protein in water

230pm 200g Chick Breast 1/2 cup rice (uncooked)

5pm 200g Chick Breast + Salad

730pm 200g Venison Mince + 1/2 Cup Frozen veges

1030pm 2 scoops protein in water

Any feedback on the above plan would be great! maybe some more fats? taking x10 1000mg Fish oil per day
