Im sure most off the blokes here can attest to the opposite way.. i.e. justifying 10 hours a week and strict diets to their gf's / wives.

I would even go as far as to say, without Charlie.....I wouldn't have been able to win in 2006 or do the pro shows.

Charlie? i did not realise you where in a same sex marrage, next your gonna tell us charlies got bigger biceps than you too :pfft:

Just do it. He'll get over it and if not, that's his problem.

WE NEED TO TALK!!! :pfft: :pfft: :pfft: :pfft:

Marrage is not about asking for permission to better one self its about supporting the dreams and aspirations of each other!

gmm would never ask me to give up my bodybuilding as i would never ask her to give up hers or her skiing and if one day she comes home and says i want to box, cycle swim, sky dive, race cars or climb mountains, it my job to support her and if idont undersatnd why she wants to do these things it my job to learn and anderstand why? if i cant do that im doing a crap job at being a husband!!

Getting off track now bud . But, who's to say Mike hasn't dated a stripper in the past and who's to say he wasn't fine with it???? :pfft:

I agree with Biggirl, exotic dancing is not the same thing as a sport. Perhpas 1day sees bodybuilding as something other than a sport?? Bringing it back to the topic of supporting people in sports, I see marriage as a partnership, not a dictatorship.

oh i didnt really pay attention that his examples were all sports related. but i guess it cud be called a sport, after all ballet and jazz dancing are??! :-s

Absolutly they are!!! ever done an hour of Ballroom or the alike???? I had to "time out" when we got lessons as i was cramping and sweating like a MFer. and i wouldnt even like to think about the physical stress a ballet dancer puts there body through. SO imgion hanging urself upside down off a Pole, in ur tighty whites. But as GMM said lets keep in on track!

Will she be home in time to cook the meals and clean the house?

:pfft: lol - nope, don't have time for that now. We have a cleaner and because we both work and/or train late most nights I don't cook for him. My next thing is to employ a gardner (just have to finish the garden first). Great wife eh! \:D/

As for the suggestion of Dancing with the stars....BigMD should sooooo be on that show. How about I nominate him and everyone else follow it up with letters suggesting him. That way we'll get him on. He's actually a bloody good dancer (puts me to shame).
