Did you find any crazyfacials?

I need some too, my wrists feel like they will break when I'm doing anything involving a clean.

Wrist Wraps make your wrist less mobile and keep it straight, eg for pressing

For Cleans you need wrist flexibility, an issue not solved by Wrist Wraps

Try working on your wrist flexibility and cleans will get to be more comfortable

question...when I do ez bar curls sometimes my forearms feel like they're suffering from shin splints...any chance having wrist wraps would help this pain? I get it every once in a while and now it's the season for them hurt

I get this very badly, and they dont really help with that. If you get ones of a decent length you can wrap up your forearms which provides slight relief.

faaaaaaaaaaaark...worth a try I guess...always sucks that when I finish I have to put down the weight real gentle and slowly let go of my grip otherwise pain sets in...

I don't always know, but when I do it's that feel.

You get looked at like a fucking weirdo too slowly ungripping everything. Also it was me that gave this condition to you. I was hiding at your supermarket a long time ago when I Injected it into a loaf of bread you bought (srs)

I get this all the time. It's more about managing the problem now than really getting rid of it. The worst for it is the flat bar/barbell followed by the EZ bar. I find the more rotated my wrist is during the exercise, the worse it gets. So I try to do mostly hammer grip now. Stick to the dumbbells and just use the bars occasionally. I'm going to give the wraps a go myself and I'll let you know how it goes.

As for slowly letting go, yeah, I definitely have to do this too. Since the muscles are contracted so tightly, suddenly releasing is obviously going some damage to us. I don't know if you're like me, but I have quite small wrists. The muscles can support a lot more weight than my joints can. This is causing problems in my shoulders as well. Unfortunately I've done a lot of joint work over the years, and sometimes joints will just never be as strong as the surrounding muscles. That's where people like me need these wraps. Wish me luck.
