I have been watching quite a bit of these guys posts on youtube under the username Twinmuscle, some of their opinions on training and supplements are quite different too popular opinion, but when u see their 3 year transformation pics it makes stand up and listen too what they have too say.

Does anyone else watch these guys and what u think of their advice?

I've watched a few now find their views to be a refreshing change from a lot of the videos out there that seem to suffer from a lot of confirmation bias after dropping serious cash for a new supp or being sent free samples.

The only seem to recommend things that have consistently worked for them over a decent period of time.

But hey man, it's just advice, you can do whatever the F#@K YOU WANNA DO!

Been following them for ages, they have good advice, and when they say that they are natural bodybuilders you can actually believe them, which is cool.

funny guys with good advice.. on youtube. bit repetitive with their lame start/endings but real crackup twin dynamics going on there. another cool / informative channel to watch on there if you like is that of luimarco

yea man i have been following them for long time. there is another natural bodybuilding channel on you tube called "luimarco" hes pretty good as well. check it out you might find it help full.
