Proviron as an Aromatase inhibitor... really?

There is very little clinical data on it but its widely know as being a weak androgen in terms of BBing but with a strong affinity to the aromatase enzyme, greater than testosterone itself & reduces the bodies ability to produce estrogen. It's believed to have some effect on the estrogen receptor itself & may even downgrade this. Then it has the added characteristic of binding to SHBG & albumin therefore releasing more Free Test into circulation for protein synthesis plus its used in the treatment of ED & libido issues. A great multi purpose drug when combined with an AI like Adex or a SERM like Nolva provides a 2 pronged attack on estrogen & its side effects.

Yep good info bro, there's not much doubt that it fits into the aromatase enzyme better than testosterone does... and because it does that it displaces testosterone form the enzyme's active site, resulting in competitive inhibition of the enzyme, therefore acting as a AI...

Would be cool if there was some study done on its affinity to the aromatase enzyme versus testosterone.. maybe if I ever go back to uni and do my masters I'll study that. hahaha
