Hi guys and girls,

I’ve been on here as a member for a week or so and I thought it was time for an intro………..Can’t remain silent in the background forever that’s just creepy :shock: lol.

I’m just back training this week after a couple of weeks off after a chest infection and a course of antibiotics………lost three Kegs (hard earned muscle :evil: ), oh well life goes on eat some cement and get over it.

My current stats (some of the top of my head):

Age: 38

Height: 5’ 10”

Weight: 178lb-ish (81kegs)

BF: 12%ish ???? (nearly got my abs back :pray: )

I’ve come on here for some motivation and to get some nutritional/training tips from the masses. To be honest I’m more of a listener than a talker but I thought I would jump on with an intro.

With the weight you recently lost, as long as you hit the training hard again and eat your way through food like a madman it will come back easy enough, majority of it was probly water weight and the like, so nothing to worry about ! Just hit the training hard and profit !! :nod:

I'm just in the process of poaching a heap of chicken, steaming a bag of orange kumara and cooking a couple of broccoli so I've got some pre-cooked munchies for the coming week.

Munch out and smash it, great plan!

id be amped up too if i was as big/strong as him and still a teenager :lol:

like he said its unlikely much of that 3kg was lean muscle mate, mostly water and fat. by the way welcome aboard 8)
