Hey,

I've just joined and im looking for a serious training partner....

I've just gotten back into body building after a few years and am in serious need of a experienced training partner like myself, knows how to spot etc...

I have a full gym at my house or am willing to join a good gym with a partner...

I need to train at least 3 times a week minimum, weekends are good with me and after my work hours at night is good with me too.

From Auckland central, Saint Johns area, but willing ...to go anywhere in auckland if worth it...

Reply if serious...

Hay Ramboo, I just joined this site to find a serious training partner. I do free weights, lots of push up and chin ups and create my own workouts based on Tony Horton's P90X programme. I do three resistance workouts a week, three cardio (mainly swimming and kenpo) and I do an hour to an hour and half of yoga each day. I have a set of dumbells in my office and I've been checking out the local gyms as my transport is pretty limited presently. I just moved to Auckland. I guess you probably lift a lot more than me so I probably can't help much with the machines but I can be there to say - when are you coming etc. Ali

Partner Yoga or Yoga for Couples is a unique physical and spiritual practice which combines techniques and exercises from yoga and massage. Union is the essence of yoga. Joining in postures and stretches while supporting each other and enhances awareness and brings new depth to one's relationship. The practice takes you to a place where you can take a retreat from your normal self. Couples feel the child-like joy that comes from being centered on play.

Partner Yoga can be practiced with a friend, lover, and gym buddy-- even your child. It can be practiced indoors, outdoors, in a group-- even on a beach. Partner Yoga is a bold, new step in the evolution of yoga. With their 30 years of combined experience in yoga, medicine, fitness, dance, the martial arts, and music, Cain Carroll and Lori Kimata, N.D., have developed a totally new yoga practice that blends mutually beneficial postures, conscious breathing, trust, communication, and-- most of all-- playfulness and fun.
