SO IT IS REAL!! the enigma know as harry b really exists!!!

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha not much of an enigma bro... but I am a lot more muscular now so hopefully I go better in the vids I make whilst suffering net deprivation in samoa!

Nice squats Harry even tho they were a bit shallow but funny as the weight gets a bit heavier you go down a bit deeper :D Anyway thats pretty impressive M8 at any age. I think SG should count those in :nod:

Thanks man.. I am squatting wider and deeper, that was just the best I could do with my knee back then. I can do more now so when I come back I should shift some numbers. Off for 2 weeks training with my brother who's a natty and just told me he squatted 280 for a double.. WTF!!!!

Hmmm. I think I have to go 150 on squats since I'm about 3kg lighter than Tom. Maybe I'll chuck on a belt and do 165 hahaha (not srs, belts annoy me).

Hope you're not serious. 150 for 8 without knee wraps AND WITHOUT A BELT? AT FUCKEN 67kgs? And here I was thinking I was strong for my weight. Respect if you actually do it.

I did it before my diet. I think I pinched a nerve in my sleep last week while I was sleeping. We'll see how it affects my squats today. I'll probably use wraps though.

You're still strong bro, don't worry. You may as well do the bench as well. Even if it is weak, you have a better chance at winning.

Na, I think I'd only manage about 75kgs if I'm lucky? I can get 80 for 5 slow reps.

I'm doing North Island Powerlifting champs and I'll keep competing in PL next year. Not gonna get into BB until I'm huge and lean.

Your going to get huge and lean doing powerlifting then start bbing?

Here's a vid of me doing 8 with 220 for some shit depth reps lol about ummmm a fair while ago but at least you know I exist! Bastards!

Oh and I know it cuts out at 5 or 6 reps but I put it up anyways and I know my depth is shalow etc etc but I was rehabbing my knee.

I have thought about it and unfortunately I have to disallow this entrant sorry Harry :(

Mainly because the video cuts out after 5 reps so doesn't show the whole 8 reps required for this comp. It's not that I don't doubt your claim, its just that I have to be consistent and can't bend the rules just for you. I'm sure you'll be able to do it again and repost :shifty:

tried to get 8 reps for deadlifts with 200kg. got 6. tried again with 190 got 7. failed hard. probably shouldnt have done other excercised beforehand. will try again tonight.

tried 100kg bench for 8 reps after doing the deadlifts. got 7. ive done 9 before so will try again tomorrow.

Sure, should do once I sort my hand out in a few weeks. Yeah, 8 reps ain't my forte', but it's a bit of a challenge. No good at repping deads either, but squats I can handle.
