Good field there Soundsgood - look forward to watching this one!

If you need an official adjudicator I'm happy to do that?

I'm picking some big Deads from Genetic Freak and some crazy squats from you & Harry. Don't really know too much about some of the others so could be very interesting! PeterD & TWL should put on a good show in thye IW class.

Good luck to all!

for the deadlift can u hitch the bar up? and whats the rule with boucing it off the floor? does the bar have to stop completly at the lowering of it or does the weights only have to touch the ground?

what im asking is can we go fast or do we have to drop bar and reset each time?

I say bounce and hitch, bodybuilders here not PLers. Get as many reps even if they are ugly as hell.

Cheers guys, it's getting better. I would be ready to go heavy again in 2-3 weeks but I would have lost a bit ov strength and wouldn't want to risk it anyway. I'd rather build up slowly and make sure I don't reinjure.

How'd you manage to do it?

Playing touch

Was sprinting in full flight, started to pull up then realised someone was still chasing me, put the gas on again and a few steps later I felt it go. I was horribly immobile for the week after it - couldn't touch my knees while keeping my legs straight initially, but now I can put my palms on the floor again.

So just a partial tear, not a full fledged fucked for a while tear? Unfortunate regardless

Yeah, not a rupute. A moderate-bad strain or a "grade 2 tear" is the official name. I thought I had ruptured it at first, dodged a bullet there. Surgery + 3-4 months rehab.
