Forgot to answer the question was eating 14 meals plus day sometimes eating every 30min so dam hungary, 30 grams protein meal plus carbs lower fat, so have absolutely no idea on calories :)

Im pretty sure i read an old post a couple years back that you stated you would eat up to 10 -15 cans of tuna a day? Is that correct ? I guess eating every 30 mins make sense when you are that size.

Yep that be right :) but the bigger you get the hungrier I got :)

How much of a role did insulin play in getting you bigger at that point? I suppose the more insulin used the hungrier you got.. or had to get as a result.

Sorry for the direct question... just trying to find out what the secret is to all this chemical warfare that goes on. :)

Keen for another one, should make a new thread for it though

And also just re-read the rules, what is with the no lift outs on Bench about ? I would enter all 3 lifts but if it's no lift out on Bench then that's a no go..

I'm assuming that's probably why I didn't enter Bench last time as I always get lift outs, but the spotter never touches the bar while I'm lifting.

Yea a lift out on bench would be a good idea, much safer!

It's not 1rm's mate. If you can't lift out your 8 rep max you have a problem. :pfft:

And yeah will def make a new thread, just seeing if we had enough interest yet and what rules need to be tweaked.

Are we happy to go 8 reps again or should we make it another number. I think any lower and we are moving away from traditional bb style training but I'm open to ideas.

Not for much longer bro, name change to gymnation.co.nz or something lame like that soon

Didn't realise lift outs were such an issue for you guys? I guess because I have never trained using one and can lift out my 1RM I have underestimated how many people rely on it

Enough debate, you can have a damn liftoff lol. But once the bar is out no one else must touch the bar or your lift is invalid.
