LOL I am hiding. I tried s few things over the weekend and failed miserably so I won't even bother posting. I got my ass handed to me lol.. timing bro. Been a while dieting and had 4 weeks off, 2 in Samoa and then a continuiing 2 off cycle. So no excuses just too weak.

Thanks guys, yeah it was fun. Would have liked to see what Harry and Android could do with a bit better timing. We'll definitely have to this again next year. To be honest there wasn't much in it between myself PD and Trainhard once Wilks was factored in. Thank goodness the formula favours heavier guys

The formula will favour the lighter guys (well, the less strong guys) when you use it for 8RMs.
