Well done to everyone, that's got to be repeated next year :-)

Has been great watching you guys doing the business with respectable weights. The lighter guys do some extreme lifts like Tomleegolf doing 160kg deadlifts!

That wasnt me

SUAS beat me in every lift despite being 2-3kgs lighter. I was really impressed with PD's lifts too.

Congratulations SoundsGood, well done

LOL I am hiding. I tried s few things over the weekend and failed miserably so I won't even bother posting. I got my ass handed to me lol.. timing bro. Been a while dieting and had 4 weeks off, 2 in Samoa and then a continuiing 2 off cycle. So no excuses just too weak.

Really you must have been hiding here too!

Did you get to any our our gyms?

Hey Grover, yeah I did train a couple of time in Sa, I was staying just out of Apia and went to can't remember the first place but it closed that weekend, it was ok and I also trained at Joe's gym. The gyms were ok, but the humidity killed and well the food was the hardest part. As soon as I realised how hard it was going to be to eat properly in samoa I just gave up lol besides I hardly ever eat island food s I just loved it. Second week I was in Savaii and couldn't find a gym...

Prob the numbers that stand in my head the most were 195kg behind neck press for reps cant remember how many

bench 265kg for 2 raw, 240kg incline 8 raw, 230kg 22 reps then tore my bloody pec, used to do 240-250kg every chest workout in heavy sets

leg press 600kg 1 leg leg press reps

didn't really do heavy deadlift so did heavy bent over row 260kg weekly 6-8 reps

But I was 18 when did most my big weights then again at 23 :) size def comes with heavy weights :)

Crazy as! So you did those weights not when you were at your biggest in that photo of you with ronnie? (I'm guessing that's about when you hit your peak).

I suppose you figured out smarter ways to train (and supplement) for size?
