Not the heaviest I can go. Just doing it for something. Weighed in at 66kg and this is 70kgs on the bar

Yeah the third rep was a bit iffy, so I lengthened it. This isn't my final one though so yeah. I wasn't locking out because I like constant tension. Remember, I'm still training at the same time.

IDW: When I put my elbows further out, my hands roll a bit under the bar more and it hurts my wrists. I'll try and see, but I rarely ever bench anyway. My elbows would be by my ribs if I were doing CG bench.

Had a crack at the benches.......

Smoked 6 reps easy........

Took a pause, pushed out 7 okay......

Thought I was home & hosed......NEK MINUTE!!!

Lost the groove, missed at 8th rep!! :pfft: :grin: Lots of swearing, but luckily video cut out at that point! :grin:

My PR is 150x8 so I doubt I'll be catching ya anytime soon - I'll leave that to big Harry! :grin:

Had an impromptu go at Deads tonight.... Pulled 7 again but didn't go for 8 as I was tapped! Guy videoing then says "you couldve done a few more"!!!!

Anyway was a PR so happy...

what weight?

Lol - I purposely didn't write it down cos it wouldn't matter if it was 140, 240 or 340 for 7 it still don't count with only 7 reps! ;)

Here's a vid of me doing 8 with 220 for some shit depth reps lol about ummmm a fair while ago but at least you know I exist! Bastards!

Oh and I know it cuts out at 5 or 6 reps but I put it up anyways and I know my depth is shalow etc etc but I was rehabbing my knee.

I have thought about it and unfortunately I have to disallow this entrant sorry Harry :(

Mainly because the video cuts out after 5 reps so doesn't show the whole 8 reps required for this comp. It's not that I don't doubt your claim, its just that I have to be consistent and can't bend the rules just for you. I'm sure you'll be able to do it again and repost :shifty:

I am back from samoa after hardly training and eating nothing but crap so who knows if I will ever be able to squat anything decent again ha ha ha

I really only posted this vid to post it bro, I didn't expect it to get passed. It was too long ago and I certainly wouldn't be submitting that as my best effort...
