How do you structure your workouts!?

Hi Team - As per the title!

A normal Shoulder & Biceps workout for me would generally look like this;

Shoulders

Biceps

Shoulders

Biceps etc etc.

Was wondering if this was the correct way to go about it or split it up completely ie

Shoulders

Shoulders

Shoulders

Biceps

Biceps

Biceps!?

Any feedback on how you structure you're workouts and why would be great!

focus on your weaker or more important bodypart first. if doing a big muscle group eg shoulders back or chest and your training it with say tris or bis id do the entire shoulder or chest etc workout and then the arms at the end...if doing something like tris and bis together then switching muscle groups in between sets is fine IMO. also if doing two major muscle groups like chest and back together then id say its fine also.

If I always train two body parts together then I will alternate which one I start with. So using your example of shoulders and biceps I will do shoulders first followed by biceps for 2 workouts then every 3rd I will do biceps first.

nice I might start doing this. 2-1 kinda.
