Hi guys.

I am thinking of applying for a new job and possibly night shift because more likely to get the job.

Working nights and bodybuilding in the morning after work about 8 am sounds awesome, but I don't know if the sleep pattern will stop any muscle growth and recovery.

no the first couple of weeks will be rough but once the body adjusts you will be fine as long as you get your normal amount of sleep during the day go get the job mate its more important then bodybuilding

After thinking about this for a day. Night shift is not for me, but there are some guys that like night shift and still train.

I work nights and love it, when I do do them, I do train in the morning and I tend to have the best sleep ever. If I was not doing so many short changes this weekend I would be going to the gym ever morning.

Night shift tonight, PM and Night shifts tomorrow, PM shift Sunday and then a 9-4 shift Monday. Then I have a major Exam on tuesday. Lets just say not training until Tuesday Afternoon.
