can't sleep at night...can't bother waking up early

hello my chicken nuggets

so I took a 2-3 week break from the gym due to studies/work (yay for being a soon to be un-employed broski) and now when I am trying to get back into the gym with my morning cardio I can't be f'd waking up or getting out of bed (thinking of getting some DMAA tabs to serve as a slap in the face when waking up) but also what's worse is that I can't seem to sleep well at night until about 12:30-1am ... I try to go to bed at 9:30pm but nothing happens so I end up pissing around until 12:30 and only by then I go to sleep... has this happened to anyone? how did you get over it? I am thinking of supplementing gabba again because that's really the only thing that puts me to sleep (the other thing is reading about different forces in dynamic mechanics but I hate that crap)

please help out as there is just so much miscing/efkuting I can do before insanity sets in!

no work at the family dairy?

I would suggest just using the bedroom for sleep (and rooting). I find if I misc from the bed on the laptop I don't sleep very well but if I misc in the living room then proceed to the bedroom sleep is easy. Google "sleep tips" or something.

i have had the same probs before bruv, just force yourself to get up early, after a day or 2 of short sleeps and a few stims your body will goto sleep earlier, what time you have to get up normally anyhow? or go see your dr and tell him you have issues and get melatonin or weak sleeping pills to get your body back into that routine..

I don't "have" to wake up at any time atm as I pretty much can show up when ever I want at work and atm I am on study leave for exams....however I would like to get back into the old habit of during cardio @ 5:30 am, that way I can get more things done during the day and also have a decent gap of when I do my weights @ the pm...but yeah going to the doc for some pills would actually be a good thing to do, cheers boss
